During almost three years as an interaction and service designer with CIID Consulting I worked on many projects across their diverse client-base. CIID works in the crucial early phases of product and service development.
Within their world class team I worked with research and insights to create and prototype new applications for technology and to rapidly iterate and evaluate concepts with users. I interacted directly with client teams, planning and facilitating workshops, and communicating concepts, principles and design direction.
Clients I worked with included Toyota, BenQ and more.
In addition to my work in Consulting, the hybrid environment at CIID allowed me to teach on their Interaction Design Programme, and during Summer Schools. I’ve helped to deliver modules on Service Design, and People Centred Research Methods, and also mentored industry projects during which students worked on challenges set by Novo Nordisk and Orange Telecom.
